Questions people ask first.
We decided late. Can you still build it?
Often, yes. The modular system is quick: we have designed and built complete stands within one working week, printing included. Our advice is still to settle everything 3 to 6 months ahead.
Which countries do you work in?
Across Western Europe, mostly the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. On other continents our beMatrix beMaster partners build the stands we design.
Which venues do you work in?
All exhibition venues in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany: RAI Amsterdam, Jaarbeurs Utrecht, Ahoy Rotterdam, Messe Düsseldorf, Koelnmesse and the others.
Shell scheme or empty space: what's the difference?
Empty space is bare floor. Shell scheme adds the organiser's simple walls, carpet tiles, lamps and a power strip. If you hire your own stand builder, always book empty space. Otherwise you pay twice.
Rent or buy?
Rent if you do a few shows a year. Above eight shows a year, buying usually wins. You can also mix the two.
